As I stated in a previous post, I caught my daughter reading one of my quilting magazines, so I promptly ran out and bought her a kid sewing craft kit. She got to pick and she wanted the Disney Princesses sewing cards. You know the kind I’m talking about: the shoelaces that you can thread through the big holes around the edge.

Well, just for an update, she finished her first one! When she was done, she said “Mommy, are you proud of me?” Are you kidding kiddo? I’m ecstatic!
